Following the successful Annual Meeting in Vienna together with the Austrian Pharmaceutical Society, EUFEPS is pleased to announce that the 2027 Annual Meeting will be held in Krakow, Poland, from May 19th to 21st, 2027. The meeting will be organized in collaboration with the Polish Pharmaceutical Society (PTFarm) and Jagiellonian University, further strengthening collaboration among leading pharmaceutical scientists across Europe.

With its rich history, vibrant cultural heritage, and strong academic tradition, Krakow offers an inspiring setting for fostering international scientific exchange. We look forward to welcoming scientists from academia, industry, and regulatory bodies to this historic university city, all united by a shared commitment to advancing pharmaceutical sciences and improving health and society.

Continuing the tradition of the EUFEPS meetings, we are dedicated to offering an engaging and high-quality scientific program. The objective of the Annual Meeting is to connect participants from around the world who are actively engaged in pharmaceutical sciences, fostering the exchange of research, innovative ideas, and best practices. Reflecting the broad societal impact of our discipline, the theme for 2027 is “Pharmaceutical Sciences Advancing Health and Society”.

The scientific program will span a broad spectrum of topics, encompassing basic and applied research across pharmaceutical sciences and their contributions to health, medicines, and society. Alongside keynote and invited speakers, participants will have the opportunity to present their work through poster and oral presentations, selected from submitted abstracts. The meeting will serve as a dynamic platform to stimulate dialogue, partnerships, and multidisciplinary innovation.

A highlight of the conference will once again be the “European PhD Student Competition”, designed to recognize and encourage scientific excellence among the next generation of pharmaceutical scientists.

During the closing ceremony, several prestigious awards will be presented, including the Best Poster Award, the Best Paper Award from the European Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences, the Woman in Pharmaceutical Sciences (WIPS) Award by EUFEPS, and the EUFEPS Presidential Distinction Award.
